We are a small family business based in Slovakia in Europe. Based in the High Tatra Mountains is a special feeling.

We aim to produce the best possible box for all our customers and produce for them a truly unique and bespoke gift to their requirements.

Here you will find answers to hopefully all your questions, however if you have any questions not answered here then please use our contact us form and ask us any questions based on Production, Design, Veneer choice, Box sizes etc.

We ship within Europe & to the UK, Channel Islands & Isle of Man.
We will contact you with the cost of Freight or you can collect it for Free from our Workshop in Výšné Hagy.
It is possible for us to ship to other destinations but please contact us first to find out the true cost of freight to your country.
At Walsh Gifts we endeavour to follow the European GDPR legislation, however under Article 30 as we do not employ more than 250 people - in fact we are self employed. We do not need to comply with GDPR.

We want to be seen to be transparent in our business dealings and with our customers data.

The data you provide when purchasing a box is used for the purpose of sending you that box and for nothing else. Your email address might be used to give information on new products that you might be interested in. If you do not want to receive emails from us then please email us with the topic - Remove me from your email list please.

4:RETURNS
In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your box/gift you can return it for a refund of the cost of the box/gift. The cost of any return postage is your cost.
However, if your box was designed for you with special wording, designs, logo, photo etc. then unfortunately we cannot accept back.
